Reservation Process

We are now taking reservations/deposits for the 2nd phase apartments, with all apartments that have been sold so far, having been sold off-plan.

To reserve an apartment (subject to availability) we will require a deposit of £1,000 for apartments priced under £500,000 and £5,000 for apartments priced £500,000 and above.

If and when you are in a position to reserve one of these apartments it is advisable that you have the following to hand for us to progress to the next stage:

Proof of funds (AIP or bank statement dated within 3 months)
A certified copy of your ID
Solicitors details ready to send via email.
We would advise using a local solicitor and can provide you with recommendations if necessary.

We are looking for the standard 28-day exchange from reservation/deposit. After securing your reservation you will be provided with a reservation pack which will include your sale agreement, specifications and information about the stages to follow. If your interest is mortgage dependent, in a chain or the government assisted ‘Help to Buy’, please state this clearly when expressing any firm interest in reserving one of the apartments.
